Rome | My All-Time Favorite Michelin-Recommended Truffle Pasta!
Every day in Italy feels like "truffle freedom"—the waiters are so generous with the truffle, not holding back at all… This is a Michelin-recommended spot, so you must book a table a few days in advance—there’s absolutely no walk-in availability 📅. 🍞 Black Truffle Goat Cheese Toast I usually hate the gamey taste of goat cheese, but this one surprisingly has zero gaminess! The bread is topped with a layer of cheese sauce and a layer of black truffle, and every slice is thick—your mouth will be filled with a lingering aroma after each bite 🤤. 🧀 Burrata It sits on a bed of tomato puree, and the whole burrata is sprinkled with something similar to dried fish flakes. If you can’t stand the fishy smell of seafood, this might not be for you. The tomato puree is delicious, though! Next to it is what seems to be canned anchovies—they’re extremely fishy 😨. We couldn’t stand it at all, but locals seem totally used to eating it. 🍝 Black Truffle Pasta This is the only plate of pasta I finished entirely during my 8 days in Italy! The rich cheese flavor pairs perfectly with the aroma of truffle—truffle lovers, order this without hesitation! 🍄 🐙 Squid Ink Pasta My friend ordered this. The squid ink has no fishy taste. I can’t remember the exact flavor, but it was really good too! 🍰 Tiramisu Not too sweet—delicious! We were already full, but seeing the table next to us eating it made our mouths water again [doge]. 📍 CiPASSO #ItalianCuisine #Italy #ItalyTravel #Rome #RomeFood #RomeTravel #MichelinRome #RomeGuide #ItalianGastronomy #RomeItaly #ItalianLife #RomeRestaurants
