Rome | My Legendary Michelin-Recommended Black Truffle Pasta!

Every day in Italy feels like truffle freedom! The waiter definitely doesn’t skimp on the truffles... This place is Michelin-recommended, so you have to make a reservation days in advance. Walk-ins won’t find a seat! 🍞 **Black Truffle and Goat Cheese Toast** I usually avoid goat cheese because of its strong flavor, but this one was surprisingly free of any gamey taste. The bread was topped with a layer of cheese sauce and a generous amount of black truffle. Each slice was thick and left a lingering aroma in the mouth! 🍞 🧀 **Buratta Cheese** The base was a tomato puree, and the whole buratta cheese was topped with something fish-like. If you’re not into seafood, you might want to skip this one. The tomato puree was delicious, though! The anchovy can next to it was way too fishy for us, but locals seem to enjoy it. 🍅 🍝 **Black Truffle Pasta** This was the only pasta I finished during my eight days in Italy! The rich cheese flavor paired with the aroma of truffles made it irresistible. Close your eyes and just go for it! 🍝 🐙 **Squid Ink Pasta** My teammate ordered this. The squid ink had no fishy taste at all. I don’t quite remember the exact flavor, but it was delicious! 🦑 🍰 **Tiramisu** It wasn’t too sweet and tasted great. I was already full, but seeing the neighboring table enjoy theirs made my mouth water. 🍰 📍 **CiPASSO** #ItalianCuisine #Italy #ItalyTravel #Rome #RomanFood #RomeTravel #RomeMichelin #RomeTravelTips #ItalianFood #RomanLife #RomeRestaurant
