Rome | So Good You’ll Clean Your Plate!
A restaurant that has people lining up before it even opens—this pasta is the best I’ve ever had in Rome! The restaurant opens at 7 PM, and I arrived at 6:45 PM to find a line already forming. After waiting an hour and a half (we finally got to eat at 8:30 PM 😅), you can imagine how amazing it must be! My expectations skyrocketed, but thankfully, it didn’t disappoint! (I recommend starting to line up at 6 PM to secure a spot for the first round!) For three of us, we ordered one appetizer, one main dish, and two types of pasta to share—but it just wasn’t enough! 🍝 The pasta was too good! We ended up ordering an extra dish! After finishing our mains, we couldn’t resist two desserts! 🍨 For the appetizer, we tried the Burrata. It felt like a special menu item! If it’s available, you MUST order it!! It’s honestly the best thing I’ve ever tasted in my life 😭—pair it with bread and it’s heavenly! For the main, we went for Polpette Al Sugo (Meatballs in tomato sauce)! The tomato sauce was so appetizing, and the meatballs were firm and bouncy! Definitely worth trying 🤤. We ordered three types of pasta! 🍝 Carbonara 🌟🌟🌟 Amatriciana 🌟🌟🌟 Cacio e pepe 🌟🌟🌟 All three were incredible!! Full marks for each, they all deserve three stars! The pasta was al dente, and the sauce was rich! You’ll definitely clean your plate! Remember to use bread to wipe up every last bit of sauce! If I had to recommend just one, it would be the Cacio e pepe! It’s made with just cheese and black pepper, but it’s delicious! You have to share it, otherwise, it might get a bit heavy! For dessert, we tried: Enzo’s Tiramisu 🌟🌟🌟 Mascarpone cheese custard with wild strawberries 🌟🌟⭐️ Both desserts were delightful! Importantly, they weren’t overly sweet! Highly recommended 💯. Overall, I highly recommend everyone try this place! The staff is super friendly, and the food is fantastic—you won’t be disappointed!! ⏰: 12:15-3 PM, 7-11 PM; Closed on Sunday #RomeFood #ItalianRome #FoodiesUnite #Rome
