🌹 Rome Municipal Rose Garden 🌹

This rose garden in Rome is quite beautiful, with a wide variety of roses. 🌹 It's not far from several major attractions, including the Colosseum, and can be reached on foot. Admission is free and it's open to the public. Opening Hours: From May 21st to June 16th, both sections (Collection Area and Competition Area) will maintain the same opening hours: Monday through Sunday, 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Before the opening, the 82nd International New Rose Variety Contest is also held here on May 18, 2024. Established in 1933, the award is defined as one of the most prestigious national and international events, aimed at showcasing new "unpublished" rose varieties for trade and horticultural research. The only pity is that it's not the peak blooming season for roses right now.
