This was my fourth visit to Rooster & Owl โ€“ and it never disappoints! ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Reservations & Parking: Super easy to book as long as itโ€™s not a peak time! Weekday reservations can often be made same-day via Resy. ๐Ÿ—“๏ธโœ… Parking is also a breeze โ€“ you can almost always find a spot within two blocks. ๐Ÿš—๐Ÿ’จ The Food: Everyone enjoys a 4-course tasting menu featuring creative Asian-European fusion cuisine. ๐Ÿค๐Ÿฅฉ๐Ÿท The flavor combinations are innovative โ€“ sometimes even a little challenging โ€“ but always exciting and far from traditional French or Italian styles. The freshly baked bread ๐Ÿฅ–, the shrimp starter ๐Ÿฆ, and the rib main course are all highly recommended! And the new menuโ€™s tiramisu dessert? A genius twist โ€“ they use light foam instead of heavy cream, making it uniquely delicious! ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿ’ซ Price: Quite reasonable for a Michelin-starred experience in DC โ€“ definitely great value for the quality! ๐Ÿ’ต๐Ÿ‘ Photo Note: Shot on X2D II โ€“ still experimenting with the new HNCS HDR workflow.
