Every time I shop at 168, I smell amazing BBQ from this spot — finally tried it today. Ordered their signature Seng Bulgogi (water-grilled beef) — first time trying it and wow, so impressed 😍 The auntie heats the grill first, then brings a volcano-like mountain of beef slices 🏔️ — fresh meat with mushrooms and veggies. She grills it for you — layers of meat one by one, so nothing gets overcooked. The broth that simmers out, she ladles into a bowl for you — savory and aromatic. Finally, they add sweet potato noodles to soak up all the flavors — chewy and delicious, the perfect finish!👍👌 Didn’t expect such huge portions — I also got a baby octopus bibimbap and couldn’t finish it (took leftovers home). One order is easily enough for two.
