Rowland Heights Seafood Lovers Alert! Pirate-Themed BBQ🏴☠️🦀
Just checked out this super fun new Korean-style seafood BBQ spot with friends—The Pirate Seafood BBQ! 🚢 The name alone makes you feel like you’re sailing off on an adventure, and it really is a spicy, flavorful seafood journey! We ordered the GOLD Set (recommended for 2–3 people, but honestly it filled up 4 of us!). The seafood selection was absolutely explosive: 🟠 Manila clams, mussels, cherrystone clams, scallops 🟠 Fresh shrimp, oysters, spicy baby octopus 🟠 Spicy scallop rice cakes, abalone, conch soup 🟠 Grilled yellow croaker (so good with rice!) Also came with classic Korean sides: Noodle soup, spicy sashimi salad, Korean pancake, corn cheese, edamame, steamed egg We couldn’t resist adding: 🥩 Ribeye Steak – Perfectly grilled, crispy outside and tender inside—so aromatic! (The server really knows how to grill!) 🦀 Korean Raw Marinated Crab + Rice – Spicy, fresh, and juicy—bursting with flavor when mixed with rice. Honestly beats any Ktown version I’ve tried! The vibe totally feels like a Korean drama group dinner scene—and the best part: servers grill everything for you! 🍴 You just sit back, relax, and eat! (We tried to grill ourselves at one point and were “gently stopped” by the server—clearly they’re trained to take over!) 💰 About $40 per person—such great value! Next time I want to try the +$75 upgrade for lobster 🦞—anyone want to join?! Have you been to The Pirate Seafood BBQ? What’s your favorite seafood BBQ spot?
