Rowland Heights Seafood Lovers Alert! Pirate-Themed BBQš“ā ļøš¦
Just checked out this super fun new Korean-style seafood BBQ spot with friendsāThe Pirate Seafood BBQ! š¢ The name alone makes you feel like youāre sailing off on an adventure, and it really is a spicy, flavorful seafood journey! We ordered the GOLD Set (recommended for 2ā3 people, but honestly it filled up 4 of us!). The seafood selection was absolutely explosive: š Manila clams, mussels, cherrystone clams, scallops š Fresh shrimp, oysters, spicy baby octopus š Spicy scallop rice cakes, abalone, conch soup š Grilled yellow croaker (so good with rice!) Also came with classic Korean sides: Noodle soup, spicy sashimi salad, Korean pancake, corn cheese, edamame, steamed egg We couldnāt resist adding: š„© Ribeye Steak ā Perfectly grilled, crispy outside and tender insideāso aromatic! (The server really knows how to grill!) š¦ Korean Raw Marinated Crab + Rice ā Spicy, fresh, and juicyābursting with flavor when mixed with rice. Honestly beats any Ktown version Iāve tried! The vibe totally feels like a Korean drama group dinner sceneāand the best part: servers grill everything for you! š“ You just sit back, relax, and eat! (We tried to grill ourselves at one point and were āgently stoppedā by the serverāclearly theyāre trained to take over!) š° About $40 per personāsuch great value! Next time I want to try the +$75 upgrade for lobster š¦āanyone want to join?! Have you been to The Pirate Seafood BBQ? Whatās your favorite seafood BBQ spot?
