Salt Lake City Brunch Spots 🍳☕️
Eva’s Bakery ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ • Croissant Sandwich • Roasted Beet & Avocado Toast • Kouign Amann Absolutely lives up to its reputation as a must-try brunch in SLC! On weekdays, it’s not too crowded—no long lines, and service is quick. You can also grab baked goods to go if you don’t want to dine in. The eggs in the Croissant Sandwich are incredibly tender. The Roasted Beet & Avocado Toast features two types of beets (tried yellow beets for the first time!), served on seeded, crusty bread—totally my vibe. The Kouign Amann is divine! Their coffee is also excellent. Beaumont Bakery ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ A solid second-place contender for brunch. Went initially for their Cruffin, which was tasty, but I personally prefer the softer texture of Kouign Amann. Also tried the Truffle Bun and Grain Bowl—both delicious. Noticed many tables ordering Avocado Toast topped with corn kernels—looked amazing! Regret not trying it. Gourmandise ❤️❤️❤️❤️ A popular spot, though a bit overhyped. Ordered the Benedict and Shakshuka—decent but not outstanding. The Strawberry Napoleon was the highlight! Heard it’s not SLC’s best Napoleon, but I’ll need to compare next time. Greenhouse Effect ❤️❤️❤️❤️ More of a coffee shop known for its crepes. The vibe is relaxed, with a patio full of plants—perfect for lazy weekend hangouts. Their savory crepes (like the Veggie Crepes with pesto) are much better than the overly sweet American-style sweet crepes. The batter is light and fluffy. Roots Cafe ❤️❤️❤️ A bit disappointing. The food was just okay, and prices were a few dollars higher than others. Gets busy after 9 AM on weekends—be prepared to wait. Tried Benedict on Polenta (good for those who dislike English muffins), but the side potatoes were mediocre. #FoodReview #SaltLakeCity #SLCFood #BrunchGoals #RestaurantRecommendations #FoodieFavorites #ExploreSLC
