Salt Restaurant: A Farm-to-Table Dining Experience
🌈We met friends at Salt for a weekend dinner—this farm-to-table restaurant truly has its unique charm. 🍃The wooden tables were adorned with small pots of edible herbs, and each table came with hand-drawn ingredient tracing cards, 🌻allowing us to clearly see which farm the vegetables on our plate came from. 🍝The three-course menu was cleverly designed. The appetizer of toasted bread was served with three different homemade spreads, and my friend was particularly captivated by the smoked bell pepper dip. 🥯 The main course, a vegetable pizza, featured a thin, crispy crust topped with seasonal vegetables and stretchy mozzarella. 🍄As we ate, we could watch the chefs rolling out dough in the open kitchen through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
