UTC's Pacific Catch totally caught me by surprise! š Iād passed by so many times without paying much attention, but trying it this time made me realize Iād seriously underestimated it. The restaurant serves light Japanese fusion cuisine, combining the delicacy of Japanese food with creative American twists. The ambiance is super comfortable tooāwarm lighting paired with wooden decor makes dining here so relaxing~ I absolutely have to recommend this Korean BBQ Steak Rice Bowl! š„© Itās officially become my favorite, and Iām definitely ordering it again next time. The steak was cooked perfectly, with a slight char on the surface and tender, juicy pink inside. What really amazed me were the roasted Brussels sproutsācrispy and caramelized without any of the usual bitterness. So delicious! š Their Grilled Salmon is also a must-try! š We went for the new coconut flavor, and it was such a good choice~ The salmon skin was golden and crispy, while the flesh remained incredibly tender. The coconut-infused sauce was subtly fragrantānot too heavyāand complemented the salmonās richness perfectly. And letās not forget the sweet potato fries: golden, plump, crispy on the outside, soft inside⦠every bite was pure satisfaction! š For starters, we had the Spice Tuna Hand Roll š£āsuch a great way to kick off the meal! The crispy nori wrapped warm rice and fresh tuna, topped with fried onion bits and scallions. The best part was the slightly spicy sauce. One bite, and the crunch of the nori, the soft rice, the freshness of the tuna, and the aroma of the onions all exploded in my mouth.
