San Juan, Puerto Rico | You Have to Visit This Place
💎I’d like to specially share the most worthwhile spot in Old San Juan—Castillo San Felipe del Morro, often simply called El Morro. 🌊 It stands as one of the most iconic historical landmarks in Puerto Rico, and even in the entire Caribbean region. This is a massive 16th-century Spanish military fortress, located at the northwestern tip of Old San Juan, perched high on a promontory overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. 📍 501 C. Norzagaray, San Juan 🕙 Opening Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ⌛️ Suggested Visit Duration: 1.5 - 2.5 hours. 🎫 Admission: $10 per person — valid for re-entry for five days! Includes access to the neighboring Castillo San Cristóbal. As a military defense fortress, it features many original cannons and even includes a steep triangular vertical tunnel (see if you can find it 👀). 💥I highly recommend taking a photo with the colorful old town as your backdrop from the third-level viewing platform. #PuertoRicoTravel #SanJuan #OldSanJuan #CaribbeanCruise
