San Juan Night: A Flamenco Feast

📍Triana Tapas & Flamenco 🍺We stumbled upon this restaurant near the Rumbao Hotel in San Juan, and though we arrived early and missed the scheduled performance, the impromptu Flamenco dance lesson turned out to be even more fun. It was such a romantic dinner! 🍮The lamb chops for the main course were cooked to perfection, with a pink center that locked in all the juices, paired with saffron rice that carried a subtle spice aroma. 💛The bartender specially crafted a non-alcoholic mojito for my friend who doesn’t drink, and the refreshing combination of mint and lime was instantly invigorating. 🧀While savoring the delicious paella, you’ll also be treated to an outstanding performance by a gentleman. His educational insights into Spanish history, the origins of Flamenco music, and Latin American culture were truly eye-opening. 🌈Plus, he had an incredible sense of humor!
