San Juan Travel: Delicious Homemade Cuisine

🧡Molini's is run by a couple, with a small but tidy and cozy shop. Following a recommendation from our hotel front desk, we visited during lunch hours and had to wait about ten minutes for a table. 🥯The food is excellent home-style cooking, served by very friendly people with warm hospitality—it's just like homemade comfort food. 🥨The flavors are honest and natural, completely free of the aftertaste commonly found with MSG and other artificial seasonings. The prices are also moderate. 🍵The Pernil sandwich features pork slow-cooked to perfection, with crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside bread. The shrimp mofongo has finely mashed plantains paired with a rich garlic sauce. The small conch salad is tangy and appetizing. The service is friendly, and the breakfast sandwiches are delicious and affordable (a fast-food-style sandwich costs $4, and $5 including coffee). 🍞The staff proactively introduces the daily specials and reminds customers about portion sizes. The food is so affordable and good—I highly recommend it. #SanJuanTravel #HomeStyleCuisine #Molinis #Sandwiches
