We became the first customers of the day—even though we arrived half an hour before opening, the owner's wife still welcomed us with a smile and seated us. 💫When we ordered, the owner came over personally to recommend the day's specials, mentioning that the tomatoes were locally sourced from the market early in the morning and the mozzarella was freshly flown in every Wednesday. 💤We followed his suggestion and ordered the classic pasta and seafood risotto—the meat sauce, simmered for four hours, melted in our mouths, and the rice was soaked in rich shellfish broth. 🥙Halfway through the meal, we noticed our drink glasses were never empty, as the servers always appeared at the right moment.
