Savor the Exotic Flavors of DC’s South American Restaurant 🏜️
Imperfecto 😋You can truly feel the chef’s dedication here, with a rich and diverse array of dishes that are presented with great care. Considering the price point of around $260 per person, the value is quite decent. I particularly enjoyed the Tuna Brioche – the dried tuna flavor resembles Prosciutto with a subtle saltiness that pairs wonderfully with the rich and creamy sheep’s milk cheese, offering a delightful layering of flavors. The rabbit rice is also a treat, with the rice seasoned to perfection, exuding aroma, and when combined with the rabbit slices on top, each bite is simply unforgettable. 😋As the name “Imperfecto” suggests, there are indeed some imperfections. For our party of three, we had to share a large table with strangers, which meant we had to wait for everyone’s plates to be ready before the food was served, leading to a rather slow dining experience. The meal stretched from 7 pm to 11:30 pm, which was a bit too long. 😋Menu: • Appetizers: Oysters with Caviar / Beetroot Tart / Duck Liver Puff / Mushroom Soup / Fish Stuffed Pastry • Crispy Breads: Shrimp / Vinegar / Cocktail Sauce / Fish Roe / Caviar • Dried Tuna: Ricotta Cheese / Caviar / Pickled Radish / Brioche • Sea Bream: Eggplant / Guava / Olive 😋• Beef Tartare: Mexican Salsa / Oyster Sauce / Hokkaido Sea Urchin • Roasted Rabbit Rice: Rice / Plantain / Lobster Oil • Aged Duck Breast: Leg Meat Sausage / Gribiche / Morel / Kumquat / Jus • A5 Wagyu: Rice Cake / Jus • Sorbet: Mango / Tarragon / Citrus Caviar 😋• Yogurt Ice Cream: Strawberry Sphere / Honeysuckle Cream • 7-Layer Chocolate: Cocoa Biscuit / Sorbet / Ganache / Chocolate Custard / Caramel Crisp / Crisp / Jelly • After-Dinner Treats: Cheese Cake / Kiwi Yuzu Mousse / Milk Truffle Chocolate #dmv #dmvfoodie #dmveats #dmvfood #foodie #michelin #fooddiary #dmvrestaurants #washingtondc
