SDο½Romantic Date Night at the 3-Michelin-Star Addison π
πΏ Finally sharing my experience from late May β a dreamy dinner at Addison! π I booked in late January β the earliest availability was late May, so I snapped it up. Total wait: about 4 months. Honestly, it wasnβt too hard to secure compared to spots like Hayato. π° The exterior feels like a castle β very old-money chic. Inside, the centerpiece is a stunning wine cellar π·, and the entire vibe is timeless elegance. Each guest had two servers attending β all about that polished, ritualistic presentation! π The 10-course tasting menu blends global influences π, but I felt strong Asian-inspired touches β because Asian flavors truly reign supreme, am I right? πβ¨ π§ Both the appetizers and desserts were outstanding. Loved their multi-part presentations The cucumber sorbet π₯ was a refreshing standout β so good! π« When we left, they gifted us their house-made granola β lightly sweet and delicious ππ The whole meal felt perfectly balanced β not too heavy, not too light β just right! (Maybe I just have a big appetite, but it was satisfying without feeling stuffed.) π· Vlog coming soon β stay tuned! π·βοΈβ¨ #HappinessInTheDetails #LALife #LAFood #LAFoodFinds #SanDiegoEats #IrvineLife
