Seattle’s June Must-Visit Spots | 🪻 & 🏔️
Is summer finally coming to Seattle? Let’s take advantage of the sunny skies and cloudless weather to go see the snow-capped mountains! Heading south from Bellevue, it’s a 40-minute drive (if there’s no traffic) to Van Lierop Park, a lupine garden at the foot of Mount Rainier. Strolling through the lupine fields offers a 360-degree view of the snow-covered mountains, and it’s incredibly photogenic on a clear day! Many people come here to take family portraits and wedding photos. At the end of the asphalt path, there’s a super romantic swing that faces the mountain, with a very open view. Rocking on the swing, it feels like your worries become a little lighter 🩵 The park also has a private club for weddings and banquets, as well as a Western restaurant. If you have time, it’s nice to sit with a drink under the umbrella, breeze in your hair, and chat✨ Tip: There’s a free parking lot at the entrance of the park, and it seems to have plenty of spaces available. #Seattle #SeattleSurroundings #SeattleWeekend #SeattleRainier #LupineSea
