Seattleโ€™s Top Taishan Cuisine Yum Yum Cafe ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Having lived in Seattle for two years and visited numerous Chinese restaurants, my ultimate NO.1 is still this Taishan cuisine spot๐Ÿ’ฏ Hereโ€™s my personal ranking of their dishes: ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ Salted Egg Yolk Chicken Wings (Super fragrant, a must-order) ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ Fish Cake (Pretty good, standard taste) ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ White Eel Claypot Rice (Delicious and unique) ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ Beef/Lamb Claypot Rice (Canโ€™t remember the exact name, but itโ€™s decent) ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ Scallion Oil Chicken (Super delicious, but a bit bony) ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ Stir-fried Vegetables / Lotus Pond in the Moonlight (Average, refreshing) ๐ŸŒŸ Interesting Crispy Spareribs (A bit odd being stir-fried with fries, might be a hit with kids) Lamb Pot (Not recommended: expensive, little lamb, and not well-trimmed) ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ Typhoon Shelter Pork Chop (Just okay, standard taste) ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ Hand-shredded Chicken (Pretty good, but I prefer the scallion oil chicken; if you donโ€™t like bones, this is a good choice) Letโ€™s go check it out with friends while the weather is nice. #Seattle #SeattleFood #Food #TaishanCuisine #GlobalFoodSquad #WeeklyFoodCheckIn #TreasureRestaurantShare #Food #RestaurantRecommendation
