Seattleโs Unheard Thai Gem: Cashew Thai Cuisine
This Thai place seemed pretty authentic based on Google reviews, so I decided to give it a try on Saturday lunchtime. As soon as I walked in, I heard the servers speaking Thai. I knew this meal was unlikely to disappoint. Tried a few dishes, and they were all pretty good. ๐๐๐ Satay Chicken: First time trying satay chicken skewers. The peanut sauce was thick and aromatic, but the chicken wasnโt very tender. ๐๐๐๐ Pad See Ew: Delicious Thai-style fried rice noodles! However, the beef inside was a bit dry after being stir-fried. ๐๐๐๐๐ Massaman Ribs: The restaurantโs signature dish! A large serving of ribs, comes with some crispy onions and potatoes. The curry sauce was unlike anything Iโve ever tasted (I could detect a hint of star anise and cinnamon in the spices). Highly recommended! ๐ The side of cucumber salad was also delicious, slightly sour and very refreshing, perfect for cutting through the richness. #SeattleThaiCuisine #SeattleFood #SeattleRestaurantHunting #CashewThaiCuisine
