Seattle's 4.3🌟 2100+ Review Late-Night Mexican Tacos 🌮

We went around 9 PM, and the place was completely packed. Seeing it filled with amigos instantly reassured us—the flavor was guaranteed to be authentic! 🌮 Taco I love the buche (pork stomach), tripa (beef intestine), and lengua (beef tongue). Tacos are my favorite Mexican food—just a corn tortilla, some meat, cilantro, and onions. Simple, yet delivering the most direct and pure satisfaction. 🧀 Mulita Stuffed with a thick layer of cheese that stretches into long, hot strings when you pull it apart. Filled with birria stewed beef, each bite is rich with meaty flavor and melted cheese—absolutely irresistible. 🍲 Menudo Noticing many tables had a large bowl of red soup, I ordered the menudo (tripe soup). The slow-cooked tripe was tender and flavorful. Dipping the included tortilla into the hot, savory broth was both comforting and satisfying.
