I would not recommmend my worst enemy to come here that’s just how bad my experience was, it was the WORST customer service I have ever come across, I went in through the drive thru about two weeks ago and there was one car in front of me and one at the window, we waited about twenty minutes to get the speaker box and I just figured the car in front of us had a big order, when we got to the speaker box we waited more than 30 MINUTES just to be able to order, the car in front of us got their food and left and we were STILL WAITING to begin to order our food I even had to ask the lady a couple times if she was ready for me to order. RIDICULOS after I was finally able to order I get to the window and you would expect an “I’m sorry we are a little busy tonight” or at least something a long those lines but not one thing not even a greeting for that matter. I ordered an horchata and she gave me one that had been sitting in the little fridge next to the drive through window, was watered down so it had been sitting there for a while. Then, I visited again last night thinking the other night maybe they were just having a bad day or whatever the case maybe, I pulled up to the speaker box and as soon as I pulled up she had an attitude! I don’t know why. I ordered pulled up and she told me my total then my son wanted a lengua taco so I asked her to add one to my order before I could even finish my sentence she interrupted me with “is that it” I said yes just the taco. She hands me my horchata forgetting to give me my other drink that came with the order she gave me my change and I asked for my receipt, that was a problem for her as well, after the fact she finally hands me my food and guess what it was wrong of course, I had to honk a couple times to get her attention because she was ignoring me at the window when she finally came back I told her I was still missing my drink and my order was wrong she yanks it out of my hand and proceeds to tell the cook it’s wrong. I asked her for her manager and she said it was her and that she owned the establishment so I asked for the 1800 number and she gave me a 253 number and said her name was Erica. Needless to say they have lost my business for good. Let alone the fact that they had rats running around. Gross. Save yourself the hassle and don’t...

Listen up, fellow late night foodies! I stumbled upon a late night Mexican joint that will make your taste buds dance the salsa.
Now, let’s talk about their burrito plate - a flavor explosion in your mouth. I got my hands on the pollo AND carne asada burrito plates - complete with rice, beans, sour cream, and guacamole! 🥑 Holy guacamole, PEEPS! Each bite was a party 🎉 of perfectly seasoned perfection. The guacamole deserves a round of applause for its superb taste, and the sour cream? Delicioso! Everything was so well seasoned, it made my taste buds do a twirl!💃
Hold your sombreros, because it doesn’t end there! Brace yourselves for the quesabirria tacos. The tender meat, oozing cheese, and the flavorful dip created a taco experience that sent me straight to cloud nine. I’m still dreaming about it!
But wait, there’s more! El Rinconsito knows how to quench your thirst with their Aguas Frescas. Imagine my excitement when I saw they had Jamaica on the menu. I haven’t sipped on this delightful nectar since my Mexico City/ Oaxaca adventures, and boy, did it bring back memories. It wasn’t as authentic, but it was like a mini vacation in every sip. Reminded me of one of the best vacations I’ve ever had.
Oh, and did I mention they have a drive-through? Talk about convenience without compromising on taste! El Rinconsito takes fast food to a whole new level. So, buckle up, my fellow foodies and drive through for late night cravings.
In summary, El Rinconsito is a culinary treasure for late-night Mexican cravings. With their flavor-packed burritos, heavenly quesabirria tacos, and seriously good guacamole, this place will have you shouting “Olé!” And don’t forget their Aguas Frescas and speedy drive-through service, adding extra sparkle to this already fantastic fiesta.

Read moreNew Visit Review from 11/10/2024: Order: 6 Taco (3 adobada/3 carnitas) with Jamaica favorito, side of rice and beans and a churros dessert
So I was originally going to reorder the 3 taco plate like I did last time but I fear I would’ve lost it if my beans were that small a portion again, and I wanted to make sure I had multiple tacos to see the avg quality. It’s safe to say it was definitely improved. Everything tasted how it normally does, drive thru service was actually pretty fast when normally I had to wait 15+ minutes to get my food (not a complaint it’s often worth the wait, just nice that it was so much quicker than I expected), and the food wasn’t soggy or old. The only thing I’d say I didn’t like is they gave me pickled carrots but no radish and then the onion and cilantro was a bit of a hit or miss like some tacos would have a good amount others had none. And no lime was a bummer too. But overall I’d have to say I will definitely be going back. Very happy I decided to give it one last shot because not enough taco places up here get it right like El Rinconsito.
Old Visit Review: I’ve been going here consistently since 2020 and the food was always great until my last time two weeks ago. I got the 3 carnitas taco plate with rice and beans and they have such small portion of beans now and the tacos were not really flavorful like they usually are. Like they had been old and sitting around or something. And the salsa is different. The green is great still but the red salsa wasn’t the same as it has always been. It severely disappointed me because I love the tacos from El Rinconcito. There was a time when I was going four times a week. I’m really hoping all the problems were just a one off thing but I’m not sure. I’m going again today so I’ll be leaving a followup review of if it was...
