Seattle's New Café: Phê
This Vietnamese café opened in Capitol Hill. I went with a friend in the afternoon and waited in line for about 15 minutes. 🩷Koco Matcha Kloud - $7.95 A thick layer of milk foam paired with refreshing matcha, with coconut water at the bottom. Drink it directly without a straw. The top milk foam tastes like matcha mousse, and when mixed with the coconut water, it becomes exceptionally smooth with moderate sweetness—mostly from the matcha foam. 🩷Hojicha Latte - $6.50 The roasted tea aroma is incredibly rich! It has a deeper toasty sweetness compared to a regular latte, likely due to the generous amount of syrup, so it’s not as bitter as expected. 🩷Phê Bắp - $8 A creative Vietnamese-inspired coffee—Vietnamese Phin coffee as the base, topped with sweet specially-made corn cream, and finished with a crispy waffle biscuit. Each sip offers a blend of rich coffee and the fresh sweetness of corn, with a smooth texture. ⌚Business Hours: Weekdays: 8 AM - 4 PM Weekends: 9 AM - 5 PM 📌 Address: 721 E Pine St, Seattle, WA 98122 #Seattle #SeattleLife #SeattleFood #Cafe #SeattleArea #MyCoffeeDiary #CoffeeShopDrinks#Seattle life
