Seattle's Outstanding Thai Cuisine | Kin Len Thai Night Bites

📍 Kin Len Thai Night Bites 3517 Fremont Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103 Reservations are only available for groups of six or more. During peak hours, expect a wait of at least 30 minutes. Bar seating requires ID verification. 🌶️ Entrees can be customized by spice level—"Thai hot" is intensely spicy but satisfying! 🐓 Battered Chicken Red Curry – A must-order! So delicious that I’ve ordered it twice. The chicken is crispy outside and tender inside, with a rich, coconut-infused sauce that’s perfect over rice. 🥗 Thai Papaya Salad – A tangy and spicy treat, with crushed peanuts adding aroma with every bite. 🥢 Drunken Noodles – A classic found at every Thai restaurant—flavorful and wok-fried to perfection. 🍆 Stir-Fry Chinese Eggplant – Optional. Honestly, I barely remember the taste—it doesn’t compare to Yu Xiang Eggplant. 🐖 Stir-Fry Crispy Pork Belly – Not crispy at all, and the meat was a bit dry… The vegetables outshone the pork, sadly. 🐮👅 Stewed Beef Tongue – Incredibly tender, melting in your mouth, and perfect with rice! The appetizer portion is generous, served with a sweet-and-sour sauce (which I barely used). 🐙 Spicy Octopus Carpaccio – The octopus is very tender, and the combination with fresh herbs and sauce is refreshing. 🥘 Tom Yum Goong – Comes with large shrimp 🦐. The soup is notably tangy—great for pouring over rice. 🍛 Kra Prao – Choose between chicken or pork. The "Thai hot" version might be the spiciest dish here, with a strong basil flavor. 🚗 Parking can be challenging—only street parking is available. #Seattle #SeattleFood #SeattleLife #SeattleGuide #SeattleWeekend #FoodDiary #ThaiCuisine
