Seattle | A Comfortable Brunch in Capitol Hill
đ Coche Valley Dessert Cafe Found a gorgeous little dessert cafĂ© in Capitol Hill thatâs perfect for weekend brunchâboth sweet and savory dishes are excellent, and the plating is beautiful too. SoufflĂ© Strawberry Cloud đ The group favorite was this soufflĂ© pancakeâsuper fluffy and light, with no eggy taste at all. The combination of cream, ice cream, and strawberries was delicious. The only part that leaned sweeter was the strawberry sauce around the edges, but overall the sweetness level was very Asian-friendly. Mango Delight Toast đ„ The mango was fresh and neatly cubed, piled on toast with cream and a scoop of ice creamâa light and refreshing dessert. The thick mango sauce around the edges was intensely flavorful and not at all cloying đ. Highly recommended for mango lovers. Croissant (Avocado / Bacon) Egg Benedict đ„ Compared to the sweeter options, these croissants are savoryâcrispy outside, soft inside. The avocado version comes with a creamy avocado spread, while the bacon version is packed with crispy bacon. The greens are arugula. The best part? Each croissant hides two perfectly runny eggs that ooze out when cut, mixing wonderfully with the sauceâabsolutely aromatic. The overall vibe of the cafĂ© is cozy and inviting. Nothing felt too heavy, portions were decent, and itâs perfect for sharing a few dishes with friends. #Seattle#Seattlelife#Seattleguide#Seattlefood#fooddiary#Seattleweekend
