Seattle | A Cozy Spot in Downtown with Hearty Flavors

📍 A+ Hong Kong Kitchen I was drawn to this Hong Kong-style eatery while wandering around downtown Seattle. The space is small and simply decorated, but the food speaks volumes. We ordered a few homestyle dishes—mostly light and comforting: 🍗Poached Chicken: tender and paired perfectly with ginger scallion sauce 🥩Pork Belly with Preserved Mustard Greens: more pork than greens, richly flavored and well-seasoned Curry Fish Balls + Gai Lan & Egg Noodles: authentic taste, especially the curry sauce—a nostalgic flavor I hadn’t tasted in a while Two Baked Rice Dishes: the tomato-based pork chop version was better than the seafood one. Tomato sauce 🥫 really suits baked rice or pasta dishes best. The only downside is the parking 🅿️—it’s not easy. We ended up parking at a paid street spot across the road. #Seattle#Seattlefood#Seattlelife#foodguide#fooddiary
