Seattle | A Day Trip to Alki Beach ⛵️
I’ve always loved West Seattle and make a point to visit Alki Beach every year. With its sandy shores 🏖️, ocean views, and great food, it’s the perfect place to unwind 🥰. Navigate directly to Alki Beach Park—you can find free street parking in the nearby neighborhood 🅿️ and walk over 🐾. Don’t miss the Alki Art Fair, an annual arts market by the sea featuring food trucks and live music 💯. You can relax on the beach, swim in the water, or enjoy views of the Space Needle. Rent a bike or a surrey and cycle along the shoreline 🚲. Make sure to stop by the Statue of Liberty Plaza - Seattle, a miniature version of the Statue of Liberty 🗽. For families, the Alki Playground and Whale Tail Park offers a whale 🐳 and boat 🚢 themed play area. While the equipment is a bit dated, there’s also a sand play zone for little ones 👶. Grab a meal at Alki Pho & Bar—their Thai tea is delicious and beautifully presented 🍹. 📍 Alki Beach Park 2665 Alki Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98116 #SeattleLife #SeattleArea #SeattleWeekend #BeachLife #SeattleTravel #Seattle #SeattleDaily #SeattleParks
