I've passed by Pho Bac 🍜, that classic Vietnamese pho spot, so many times—but I never knew there was a magical little bar on the second floor! ✨ The experience totally blew my expectations away! 🤯 The bar has a semi-underground, treehouse-inspired vibe 🌳🏠, with strong design touches everywhere. You'll find Southeast Asian plants 🌿, Vietnamese elements, and even palm-leaf ceiling fans 🍃. The lighting is soft and perfect for photos 📸. The whole place is full of atmosphere, making it ideal for relaxing with friends over drinks 🥂👫. Another looker! 🤩 Sweet and sour with a nutty aroma—inspired by Southeast Asian street snacks. The flavor might seem unusual at first, but the finish is surprisingly smooth. 🌶️🥜✨ 🍯 Quỳnh Bee｜Queen Bee Sông Cái gin · jasmine honey · lemon · cinnamon. Light, mildly sweet, with a delicate spice and citrus balance. Super approachable and newbie-friendly. 🐝🍋💛 ✨ Đom Đóm｜Firefly Singani 63 brandy · lime · Vietnamese cilantro (rau răm) · Luzhou Lao Jiao baijiu · cucumber bitters · black lava salt. A bold and complex cocktail with intense layers. It starts with sharp lime acidity, followed by fruity notes from the Singani and baijiu, finishing with subtle smoke and herbal bitterness.
