Back in March, I randomly found this omakase spot and kept delaying my post—but better late than never! 🍣 This is definitely one of Seattle's top-tier dining experiences, and I highly recommend it! They offer a tasting menu divided into several elegant courses: 🍶 Appetizers & Small Bites ❄️ Cold Dishes 🔥 Hot Dishes 🍣 Sushi Series 🍮 Dessert The restaurant is intimate, with only about ten seats. They likely host two seatings per evening. The pacing was just right, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. What stood out the most: The fish was incredibly fresh 🐟 Each dish was thoughtfully designed 🎨 The chef was amazing at creating a warm, engaging vibe! He chatted with us throughout the meal, making the experience both joyful and memorable. We went there to celebrate a special occasion, and the staff prepared a lovely surprise for us—totally made our night! ✨ The only downside might be the price—it’s a bit on the higher end.
