Seattle | A Really Nice Thai Restaurant in Shoreline 🇹🇭
📍 Larb Thai I found this Thai place with pretty good ratings while looking for food around Shoreline. The interior is nice and has a stylish vibe. The server guy 💁 also looked Southeast Asian. ➡️ Moo Sam Chan Tod Nampla Pork belly fried until golden and crispy on the outside. Each bite is crispy outside, tender inside—fragrant with oil but not greasy. Paired with that dipping sauce, it’s seriously addictive and not heavy at all. ➡️ Krapow with Fried Egg Thai basil pork rice + fried egg 🍳—a classic combo. The kind of reliably delicious dish that needs no introduction. The basil flavor is pronounced, with a mild but not overpowering spiciness. ➡️ Larb Moo - Pork Thai-style minced pork salad, tangy and refreshing 🍃. The pork is minced and tender, making it very appetizing 🤤. The seasoning is distinctly Thai—boldly sour and spicy. ➡️ Pad See Ew Stir-fried wide noodles well infused with sauce, savory with a hint of wok aroma. Chose beef 🥩 for the protein—sliced thick enough and not tough. ➡️ Super Teen Gai - Chicken feet Thai-style chicken feet hot pot, with a light herbal broth. You can taste a blend of tomato, lemongrass, cilantro, and chili. Overall, it’s tangy and spicy but not oily. The chicken feet are stewed until tender but still have a bit of chew—not falling apart at a touch. The biggest surprise was the casually ordered longan juice. Great looks and taste 👍. Packed with longan, so it’s on the sweeter side, but not cloying—more like the natural sweetness of longan itself. Chilled and goes down smoothly, perfect for cutting through richness. #Seattle #SeattleLife #SeattleFood #ThaiFood #RestaurantRecommendation #InternationalStudentEats #StudyAbroadFoodAdventure
