📍 A+ Hong Kong Kitchen | Stumbled upon this Hong Kong-style eatery in Seattle’s downtown — and wow, the flavors really hit home! The shop is small and simply decorated, but the taste speaks volumes. 🏮✨ We ordered homestyle dishes with light, comforting flavors: 🐔 White Cut Chicken – Tender and delicate, just right with a touch of ginger sauce. 🥓 Braised Pork with Preserved Vegetables – More pork than veggies, soaked in rich, savory gravy. 🍜 Curry Fish Balls + Chinese Broccoli & Egg Noodles – The curry sauce tasted just like the real deal — haven’t had one this authentic in a while! 🍛 Baked Rice Dishes – The tomato sauce pork chop version was better than the seafood one. (Pro tip: tomato-based sauces go best with baked rice or noodles! 🍅😋) ⚠️ Only downside: Parking is tricky! 🚗 We ended up parking at a paid street spot across the road, but spaces are limited — so give yourself some extra time to find one.
