This place is all about top-notch ingredients 🌟 The cocktails are delicious 🌟 The foie gras waffle with marshmallow is my favorite (The foie gras is a bit too rich, but it’s perfect with roasted pear, otherwise it might be too heavy) 🌟 Among the various sushi rolls, I’m a big fan of salmon and tuna! (Actually, I feel that food with minimal cooking skill mainly tests the freshness; fresh food always tastes good) 🌟 The dessert mushrooms are quite fun, turns out they’re all chocolate underneath… 🌟 The number one reason I recommend this place is You can truly see a stunning sunset from the window seat Make sure to book in advance and ask for a window seat!!!
