Seattle | Crispy and Greasy Beef Intestine Taco 🌮

I went to the botanical garden near UW with friends recently, and one of them was craving Mexican food, so we found a place nearby. It was really great! Here’s what we ate: 🌟Tacos Tripa (Beef Intestine Taco) Oh my, the beef intestines were fried to a crispy perfection, oily but not greasy. One bite and the meaty flavor burst in your mouth. If you feel it’s too rich, just add some onion and a squeeze of lemon juice to balance it out. So satisfying! 🌟Taco Lengua (Beef Tongue Taco) Also delicious, but pretty standard. It didn’t have the wow factor of the beef intestine. Menudo (Beef Tripe Soup) The portion was generous, a small bowl full of beef tripe. The tripe was well-prepared with no gamey taste, but the soup was a bit bland and the tripe wasn’t very flavorful. Still, a nice bowl on a gloomy day. 🌟Chicken Wings I was super disappointed at first sight because they looked boiled… and I thought they’d be spicy. To my surprise, the wings were pre-grilled/fried and had a moderate spicy and savory flavor, not the painful heat that feels like chili extract. Quite enjoyable. Caesar Salad Standard, nothing much to say about it. 🌟As I’m writing this post, I’m still savoring the beef intestine Taco. The cost is around 30 per person, which is pretty worth it. #NorthAmericaLife #SeattleLife #SeattleFood #SeattleWeekend #SeattleDaily #SeattleFoodie #MexicanCuisine #MexicanFood #MexicanTaco #FoodExploration #FoodDiary #HiddenGemRestaurant #GlobalFoodSquad #RestaurantRecommendation #FoodCheckIn
