Seattle | Double Matcha Affogato
📍 Koto Jelly Coffee Stumbled upon this coffee shop ☕️. In Seattle's culinary desert, finding a place worth revisiting is rarer than a sunny day! Here’s my honest review (rated out of 5): ➊ Appearance: ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Best to order two cups—the color combo is super photogenic (pair it with a quick Xiaohongshu tutorial for transparent coffee photo edits, and your pics will level up!). ➋ Jelly Milk + Matcha Affogato: ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ The bottom-right drink in Figure 10 is delicious! The jelly is made from solidified matcha—smooth and tender—with four milk options. Topped with vanilla ice cream and matcha syrup, I call it "Double Matcha"! Very sweet and flavorful. The menu includes bitterness, sweetness, and creaminess levels for customization. ➌ Coffee Jelly + Affogato: ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Visually stunning! My friend ordered this but found it too bitter (bitterness level: 5/5). Not recommended for non-bitter coffee lovers, as the coffee jelly and espresso pour pack a strong punch. If you enjoy bold coffee, give it a try—otherwise, stick to the Jelly Milk + Affogato. ➍ Creativity: ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Turning milk, coffee, and matcha into drinkable jelly is fun and innovative. First time learning the term "Affogato" here! Their jelly is vegan-friendly (no gelatin). ➎ Location: ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Situated in First Hill, within walking distance of interesting spots. The nearby Museum of Museum was once my favorite Seattle photo spot (sadly closed years ago). Nearby Dinner Recommendations: 📍 Ltd Edition Sushi: $100+ per person, one of Seattle’s better sushi spots. 📍 Canon: A trendy bar with creative drink presentations (but very low alcohol content). 📍 L'Oursin: French cuisine 🇫🇷, $50-100 per person. #SeattleCoffee #MatchaAffogato #KotoJellyCoffee #SeattleFood #SeattleLife#
