📍 Mitten Sweets & Coffee 509 13th Ave, Seattle, WA 98122 ✨ Matcha Cream Puff Highly recommended!!! A cream puff larger than your palm, filled to the brim—so heavy and satisfying 👍🏼. They add the filling right after you order, and the texture is absolutely perfect—not too sweet, perfectly suited to Asian taste preferences. ✨ Yuzu Cheesecake Strong yuzu flavor, overall on the tangy side—great for those who enjoy a sour kick, especially the top layer. Much more layered and interesting than a regular cheesecake—really nice! ✨ Raspberry and Pistachio Mousse Cake Not sure if this is seasonal, but it’s sweeter than the first two. The overall flavor is milder than the yuzu cheesecake. Personally, I couldn’t really taste the pistachio—the raspberry stands out more. There were so many other desserts I didn’t get to try… next time!
