Seattle | Late-Night BBQ Spot on the Eastside 🍖 Sanyoung Surf & Turf
A new Three Goats BBQ recently opened near Bellevue's Crossroads Mall, right next to So Tasty. We ordered a hearty selection of skewers: lamb skewers, pork belly skewers, grilled chicken gizzards, grilled chicken hearts, and grilled aorta (huanghou). Each skewer costs around $2–3, and they were all richly seasoned and incredibly satisfying 😍. Note: Some meats come with a choice of original or marinated style—if you’re sensitive to saltiness, go for the original version ✌🏻. For non-meat options, we tried the wood ear mushroom salad, grilled cilantro rolls, grilled oysters, and grilled eggplant with garlic sauce 🍆. The wood ear mushrooms were tossed with a hint of mustard—refreshing and tasty. The garlic butter oysters were my favorite, though 🦪! We also ordered stir-fried instant noodles and wonton soup for carbs. The wonton soup was especially comforting after all those skewers—a warm, soothing finish to the meal. 📍 Sanyoung Surf & Turf BBQ 15920 NE 8th St suite 2, Bellevue, WA 98008, USA #Seattle #SeattleEastside #Bellevue #BellevueEats #SeattleFood#SeattleLife#SanyoungSurf&TurfBBQ#fooddiary
