Seattle | Vietnamese Cuisine with Generous Portions and Great Value
Vietnamese food is known for its generous portions and great value. There are many Vietnamese restaurants near the International District, perfect for Asian taste buds. The flavor here isn’t top-notch, but it’s passable in the Chinatown area. If you don’t want to travel far for Vietnamese food, you might consider this place. 🌟 Bun Bo Hue, I absolutely love the thick noodles! I prefer Bun Bo Hue over traditional Vietnamese pho. This place does it decently; nothing memorable but no mistakes either. 🌟 Bun Mang Vit, the Vietnamese version of salted water duck with dried bamboo shoot noodle soup. The duck isn’t too fatty, and it’s quite flavorful with the dipping sauce, although there’s a bit too much ginger. 🌟 Grilled Beef Rice, I saw this colorful dish on the wall and decided to give it a try. There isn’t much beef, and it’s served over vermicelli, which isn’t very flavorful. Overall, not highly recommended. 🌟 Che Thap Cam, a Vietnamese dessert with a coconut milk flavor, very much in line with the “porridge-style” of Vietnamese desserts. The coconut milk is rich and paired with nuts, making it very fragrant, but it’s also very sweet! I recommend waiting for the ice to melt before drinking it; the sweetness is just right then. #SeattleLife #SeattleFood #SeattleChinatown #SeattleFoodExploration #SeattleDailyLife #VietnameseCuisine #RestaurantRecommendations #WeeklyFoodCheckIn
