Visited the newly opened Yangguofu Malatang at Southcenter while shopping today. They're currently offering a 10% discount during the soft opening, and you can get a free fridge magnet by sharing on social media ✌🏻. This location seems larger than the Bellevue and UW branches, with upgraded and trendier decor. Despite being in soft opening, it was already quite busy—looks like South Seattle folks are in for a treat! I loaded up on seafood and veggies 🥘 and chose the Classic Herbal Bone Broth as the soup base. Their sauce station is well-stocked, so I mixed a sesame paste and spicy dipping sauce—as delicious as ever 🤗. According to the staff, they'll soon launch a bubble tea series 🍹 and introduce new soup bases.
