Seattle · Bellevue Arts Museum: A Great Rainy Day Destination 🏛️
Whenever it rains in Seattle and I’m not sure what to do, I head to an art museum! Made my second visit to Bellevue Arts Museum, wandered around the exhibits, then went shopping, and finally watched the snowflake lane in the evening❄. It was a fulfilling and perfect day 🫶 The exhibit that left the deepest impression was “Positive Fragmentation” on the third floor, with over 200 works all created by 21 contemporary female artists 🧑🎨. The pieces were very detailed and fragmented, offering a unique experience that was quite interesting 😍 There’s an “Imagination Station” on the second floor, an interactive and relaxing area for both adults and kids, where you can grab a canvas 🎨 and paintbrush and let your creativity run wild! I absolutely love the large floor-to-ceiling windows here❤️ 🎫 Admission is $15,$12 for students or seniors, $35 for families, free for children under 6 or BAM members 🅿️ Free parking at Bellevue Square; you can park at the Macy’s parking lot and just cross the street to get here #Seattle #SeattleSurroundings #SeattleLife #SeattleDaily #SeattleWeekend #SeattleTravel #SeattleEastside #SeattleWithKids #Museum #NorthAmericaLife #ArtGallery #SeattleMuseum #ContemporaryArt
