Seattle ๐Ÿ˜‹ | Super Popular Japanese Pork Cutlet Rice ๐Ÿ›

Finally checked out the so-called top Japanese pork cutlet restaurant in Seattle. This time, I visited the Redmond location. It was crowded on Sunday; the store opens at noon, but there were already people lining up at 11:45 am. Itโ€™s recommended to arrive a bit earlier on weekends. We ordered two pork cutlet sets and a side dish for two people, just the right amount to fill us up, with an average cost of about $40 per person including tax and tip. ๐Ÿ› Mozzarella Katsu: The set comes with rice ๐Ÿš, salad ๐Ÿฅ—, miso soup, and dry spices for grinding with a small wooden stick, which is quite fun. The cheese pork cutlet uses regular pork, and the cheese bursts and stretches. The pork is fried tenderly, but the sauce is a bit salty, so you canโ€™t eat too much. ๐Ÿ› Miso Katsu: The set also comes with rice ๐Ÿš, salad ๐Ÿฅ—, miso soup, and dry spices. This one is made with premium pork, which is more reddish, but I could taste a bit of porkiness when eaten alone. Itโ€™s better with the miso sauce. ๐Ÿค Ebi: We ordered two large shrimp tempura as a side dish. The shrimp is crispy-fried, and I really like the sauce that comes with it, which has a bit of a fruity taste and is very refreshing. #Seattle #SeattleWeekend #SeattleLife #PorkCutletRice #PorkCutlet #JapaneseCuisine #JapaneseFriedPorkCutlet #Exploring #FriedPorkCutlet #FoodDiary #SeattleFood #SeattleExploring #SeattleDaily #SeattleSurroundings
