Seattle Eats | M Cozy Fusion
Seattle’s rainy days can get pretty boring, so I decided to head over to M Cozy Fusion for brunch—a place I missed out on last time. 🌧️ Last time, I arrived at noon and faced a super long line. This time, I learned my lesson and got there around 11 a.m. The restaurant was only about 3/4 full, but all the cozy window seats were already taken. If you’re looking to snap some great photos, I’d recommend getting there even earlier! 📸 1. Coffee Flight 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This is a must-order! Four different coffee flavors that are both photogenic and delicious. Perfect for sharing with friends, the $17 for four small cups might seem a bit pricey, but it hits all the right notes for coffee lovers. My favorite was the Ube coffee—with its creamy milk foam and just the right amount of sweetness. ☕️ 2. Chicken & Waffle 🌟🌟🌟🌟 A classic American Southern breakfast! My friend was absolutely stunned—she couldn’t believe breakfast could be this hearty! 🍖 The waffle is super fluffy and pairs perfectly with the maple syrup without being overly sweet. It’s a calorie bomb worth trying, but be warned: the chicken portion is huge. Two girls might struggle to finish it and have room for anything else. 🥧 3. Ube Pancakes 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Delicious! The dense coconut cream, combined with taro puree and taro-flavored syrup, works incredibly well together. Taro lovers will be over the moon! 🤩 Compared to the Ube coffee, the pancakes have actual taro pieces, making the flavor more natural and mellow. Definitely worth a try, though the portion is massive. 🥪 For two people, splitting these three dishes, the average cost per person, including tax and an 18% tip, was about $31. Just a heads-up on the prices! 💰 #brunch #restaurantrecommendation #Seattle #Seattlefood #SeattleEats #foodie #foodblog
