Seattle Eats | This Is THE Spot for Hong Kong-Style Cafe Food! ๐
Even before moving to Seattle, I always loved A+ Hong Kong Kitchen whenever I visited. Tucked away in Chinatown with a modest storefront and tightly packed tables ๐ช๐งฉ, it might feel a bit cozy โ but who cares when the food is this good? ๐ซ Must-Order Favorites Pan-Fried Radish Cake: Generous pieces, soft texture, full of radish flavor without any sharpness ๐ฅโจ Pork Hock with Bean Sauce: Incredibly tender and rich โ though a couple of pieces still had a bit of pork hair (the only downside ๐ ) ๐ Classic HK Cafe Dishes Portuguese-Style Beef Brisket: Served sizzling in a stone pot with a deeply savory sauce and plenty of meat ๐ฅ Curry Fish Balls: Street-style favorites swimming in a generous amount of aromatic curry sauce ๐ข๐ถ๏ธ โฑ๏ธ Pick-Up Note: I called ahead to place my order, but they only started cooking after I arrived and paid. Ended up waiting 7โ8 minutes โโฆ (Inner monologue: The kitchen wasnโt even busy โ why not start earlier? I thought pickup was supposed to save timeโฆ ๐ง) Still, a solid spot for comforting Hong Kong-style eats in Seattle! ๐ฅข๐ #SeattleLife #SeattleEats #HongKongCafe #SeattleFoodie #ComfortFood #MustTry #NoRegretsEats
