1️⃣ Castilla Restaurant and Tapas Bar 👍 A must-try for their paella—absolutely delicious! Also, don’t miss the Brussels sprouts—sweet, tangy, and crispy, with bacon adding a savory kick. The lamb chops and garlic shrimp are also fantastic. Every dish here is a delight! 2️⃣ Modoo 👍 The best Korean restaurant in Seattle? It truly lives up to the hype! The seafood tofu soup is rich and flavorful, the fried chicken wings are crispy, and the seafood hot pot is perfectly seasoned—we couldn’t stop eating! The potato salad appetizer with mayo is sinfully delicious. 3️⃣ Da Wa 👍 This Korean spot is right behind Modoo. We came here when Modoo had a long wait, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The fried chicken, spicy chicken feet, pork bone soup, and cheese corn were all excellent. On Friday nights, they have events where the owner offers soju to every table! 4️⃣ Jiu Wei 👍 I didn’t have high hopes for Chinese food in Seattle, but their Mala Pot exceeded expectations—it’s even better than what I’ve had in Shenzhen (a city not known for great food). Go for the spicy version instead of the dry toss—it’s much more flavorful. The beef, lamb, aorta, sausage, and konjac noodles are all delicious. 5️⃣ Miro Tea 👍 A must-visit tea shop when shopping in Ballard. Their London Fog Latte is amazing—Earl Grey tea with frothy milk, perfect for warming up on a cold winter day. Their savory pastries are also fantastic—I liked them so much I bought an extra to take home. 6️⃣ Fran’s Chocolate 🍫 One of the best souvenir options, especially for chocolate lovers. Their salted caramel is a classic, and you can customize a box with various flavors or choose from pre-assembled collections. #Seattle #SeattleFood#Seattleguide#foodguide#Seattleweekend#RestaurantRecommendations#SeattleEats
