Seattle’s famous sushi spot 🧑‍🍳, where both sashimi and hand-rolled sushi are incredibly delicious 🌟 Chirashi Bowl 🐟 The fish is cut long and thick, making it very satisfying to eat 😋. The scallops and sweet shrimp are fresh and sweet, paired with equally fresh and sweet sea urchin, a bowl is super fulfilling 🙌🏻 Temaki 🍣 Just order the sushi rolls based on your personal preference; the premium ones are all delicious. I recommend eel, toro, and especially scallops, which come with a touch of black truffle for extra aroma. I’ve also tried their ramen, which is decent but nothing special. Stick to the sushi and sashimi 😄.
