Seattle Italian Review: How to cook a wolf
✨An Italian restaurant in Seattle. I heard the menu varies slightly between locations—this visit was to the Madison Park branch. The atmosphere inside is elegant and quiet, with a strong European bistro vibe, very suitable for dates or a peaceful meal. 🥰Recommended dishes include the beef carpaccio (tender meat paired with Parmesan and arugula, refreshing in taste), scallops (perfectly seared with a rich, layered sauce), and for appetizers, the bread (served warm and crispy, with a fragrant olive oil and balsamic dip) and tuna (seared on the outside, tender inside, well-balanced seasoning) are also delicious. 🥰We ordered their Porchetta (Italian roasted pork belly) (the meat was on the dry side, the crackling wasn't crispy enough, and the flavor was rather mild) and steak (the cooking was average, and the meat itself lacked standout qualities), both of which were just okay. ✔️Overall, it was decent but nothing extraordinary. The service was attentive but paced a bit slowly, and the wine list was acceptable. I’d recommend Itto’s Tapas instead—similar in style but with more creative dishes and better value for money. If you're nearby and craving simple Italian food, it's worth a try, but I wouldn’t make a special trip for it. #Seattle#Seattlelife#Seattlefood#fooddiary#Seattleweekend
