Seattle Late-Night BBQ — Sanyoung Surf & Turf BBQ
🍡 Skewers Most skewers require a minimum order of 4. Since there were only two of us, we couldn’t try too many varieties. We ordered beef, lamb, chicken cartilage, and cauliflower with sausage. The cauliflower was flavorful and delicious. The beef was lean and tended to be dry, but the lamb skewers were tastier. Chicken cartilage is my BBQ favorite—a must-order! 🐂 Old Beijing-style Tripe Likely made with black tripe. The dipping sauce was sesame-based with a hint of chili oil—mild in spice but rich in sesame flavor. As someone from southern China, I prefer garlic-chili oil dips, so an extra garlicky spicy option would be even better! 🐔 Stir-Fried Spicy Green Pepper Chicken The owner mentioned it’s prepared by a Sichuan chef—and it lives up to authentic Sichuan standards! Very spicy and perfect with rice. The boneless chicken pieces make it easy to eat. With just two people, we couldn’t try everything. I’m still craving the foil-steamed clams and crayfish 🦞 from the menu. Next time, I’ll go with a bigger group! The restaurant closes at midnight. 🏠 Sanyoung Surf & Turf BBQ 📍 15920 NE 8th St suite 2, Bellevue, WA 98008 #SeattleLife #SeattleFood #SeattleWeekend #SeattleEats #SeattleBBQ #SeattleLateNight #Seattle #FoodReview #FoodDiary
