Seattle Life｜Finally Found Fluffy Strawberry Soufflé Pancakes🍓☁️

What a happy weekend! Came across these gorgeous and delicious soufflé pancakes—helped restore a bit of my faith in Seattle’s “pretty food” scene haha～ ✨ These pancakes are super soft, melt-in-your-mouth, with a rich eggy aroma 🧡 Each layer is spread with strawberry jam, topped with ice cream, strawberry cream, and whipped cream—looks like a fluffy little cloud☁️ Perfectly balanced in sweetness, not cloying at all～I originally ordered matcha to cut the richness, but barely touched it (the matcha was pretty average, tasted like what I make at home🍵) ⚠️ But Coche Valley Dessert is seriously popular! Packed right after opening—had to wait nearly 30 minutes for our pancakes⏳ While waiting, I snapped a few casual shots by the serving counter and actually captured some frames I loved📸 But! The soufflé pancakes started collapsing just two minutes after they arrived—gotta cherish the beauty quickly😆 💖 Totally worth the wait though!
