Seattle New Restaurant | Baek Jong-won’s Jajangmyeon

✨Let’s start with the Korean-style stir-fried jajangmyeon. It comes with pickled radish side dishes, and you can choose your preferred spice level—I went with mid-spicy, and it was just right. The noodles are packed with delicious ingredients: shrimp, pork, squid, and fresh vegetables. Every bite is incredibly satisfying! ✔️The savory-sweet jajang sauce coats each strand of noodles, making it irresistibly fragrant. I initially thought the portion for two wouldn’t be enough, but when it arrived, I was shocked by how generous it was! 🥩As for the Korean-style sweet and sour pork, it’s completely different from the Chinese version we’re used to. The sauce is served separately for dipping. While the outer coating isn’t super crispy, it has its own unique charm. The meat pieces are small, but the sweet and sour sauce is perfectly balanced—I couldn’t stop eating it! I honestly think it’s better than many Chinese restaurants on the Eastside. Highly recommended! 📍 677 120th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98005, United States #Seattle#Seattle food#Taco Del Mar#Seattle life#Seattle guide
