Seattle Omni Food Review|Raw Marinated Crab & Korean BBQ
📍 New Restaurant Alert: Omni, a Korean BBQ spot, has opened across from Aurora Hundred. The restaurant is divided into two sections: Cuisine and BBQ. 🍖 BBQ Section: Short Ribs LA $45 These are on the fattier side but tender and juicy. The portion is small, with only three pieces of beef short ribs. BBQ Omakase $72 Includes original & marinated short ribs, New York Strip, and pork loin. The meat quality is good, and the portion is just right for one person. Comes with kimchi stew and steamed egg custard. Only one type of dipping sauce is provided, and you have to ask the server for it—no ssamjang or soy sauce + sesame oil option. 🦀 Raw Marinated Crab: Spicy Sauce Marinated Raw Crab $40 The crab meat is high-quality, but the seasoning is extremely spicy. Avoid if you can’t handle heat—I regretted not ordering the soy sauce version. The crab legs still have sharp spines, so be careful while eating to avoid scratching your mouth. 🍢 Bachan Side Dish Platter: The side dishes vary daily. Sometimes you get octopus + dried silverfish, other times fish balls + fried meat patties. 🍱 Bulgogi Dosirak $26 A Korean lunchbox meal served with a scoop of pink pollock roe. Savory and flavorful—quite tasty! #SeattleFood #KoreanBBQ #OmniSeattle #RawCrab #SeattleRestaurants #FoodReview #NewInSeattle
