Seattle Picnic & Spring Outing
Seward Park — Where Snow-Capped Mountains Meet Cherry Blossoms 📍 5900 Lake Washington Blvd S, Seattle It’s picnic season in Seattle again! This park, which I visited last Friday, is incredibly beautiful 🫡. Just under a 30-minute drive from downtown, the park’s double-flowered late cherry blossoms are in full bloom. You can park anywhere along the road to photograph cherry blossoms, pear blossoms, and wildflowers 🌼. Bring a picnic mat and some board games, then lounge in the sun all afternoon with boba tea in hand 🧋. The park is surrounded by the lake on three sides and faces Mount Rainier on the other. If you’re looking for a quiet spot to read, relax, or simply daydream, venture deeper into the park—you’ll find plenty of lush, empty grassy areas. #SeattlePicnic #SpringOuting #SewardPark #SeattleLife#Seattle#Seattle guide
