Seattle Southeast Asian Brunch / M Cozy Fusion Café

📍 M Cozy Fusion Café 4715 25th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105, United States Unlike traditional brunch menus, this spot offers an Asian-inspired brunch with a distinct Southeast Asian twist. The menu features items like sticky rice, a Vietnamese morning plate, and a variety of pancakes🥞. We tried: 🍞Thai Tea French Toast ✔️Garlic Fries 🍟 🥛Ube Milk Tea✔️Sesame Coffee The flavors were decent but not particularly outstanding—it's hard to compare with LA’s brunch scene, which offers far more variety and standout dishes. That said, their Ube Milk Tea was quite nice, with a strong taro flavor and just the right level of sweetness. 🍗 Chicken Pandan Waffle An elevated take on chicken and waffles. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and coated in a sweet, fragrant sauce, though the inside meat wasn’t as flavorful, which was a slight letdown. 🍞 Thai Tea French Toast Among countless French toast variations, this one stands out. The Thai tea sauce is a stroke of genius—sweet with a hint of that signature Thai tea aroma. I found it creative and well-paired! 🥩 Banh Mi Chao This ribeye dish is an incredibly satisfying savory brunch option. The beef was tender, well-seasoned, and served in a flavorful broth that made the accompanying baguette much easier to enjoy. It also included Cha Lua (Vietnamese sausage), which has a texture reminiscent of liver, along with a fried egg and tomatoes. 🥤 Purple Haze A three-layered drink: purple ube milk at the bottom, espresso in the middle, and a thick, creamy ube foam on top. #Seattle#Seattlelife#Seattlefood#fooddiary#foodguide
